Help Us Furnish Fresh Starts

To address the needs of the local population in transition, LMM created Furniture Connection, a program that provides furnishings for men, women, and families leaving homeless shelters into housing.  We collect donated furniture and provide our clients with the basic essentials for their new dwelling. In most instances we provide this service completely free of charge to our clientele including delivery. Since our inception in July 2009, we have served over 250 households.

We are holding a furniture drop off day September 11, 2010 at Furniture Connection:

From 8:00am to 1:00pm

Donate your slightly used furniture. We are in need of the following items:

Couches

Loveseats

Recliners

Tables and chairs

Bedroom sets including mattress and box springs

End tables

Coffee tables

TV’s
